Norfolk Youth Theatre Junior (NYTjr) is a week-long camp that occurs every summer. The kiddos who attend the camp receive a completely immersive theatre education experience. The campers participate in age-appropriate acting workshops, technical workshops, and are cast in one of the shows that are performed for the public at the conclusion of camp. NYTjr is for kiddos ages 6-9 and is offered June 22nd – 27th. The camp day will run from 9 am -12n. The performance will be on June 27th @ 10am. The campers participate in acting and technical workshops and are cast in one of the three shows that are performed for the public at the conclusion of camp. NYT is for kids ages 10-18. Camp will run June 22nd -27th from 12:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. The performance of the shows will take place on June 27th at 1 p.m. After the performance, campers will participate in the time-honored tradition of Strike.
